FAQ

Why does the front pack claim “low sugar” but not “zero sugar”, although it contains 0g total sugar?

Even with 0g of total sugar on the label, Korean rules are strict about claiming “zero sugar” on the package. Saying “low sugar” is an easy and safe way to show it is very low in sugar.

Why is it claimed as ‘high protein’?

This Farro Chip is considered high in protein under Malaysian food labelling standards, with 20 g of protein per 100 g(that’s twice the minimum required level for a high-protein claim).

Who is this snack NOT suitable for?

Not suitable for individuals with gluten sensitivity or coeliac disease (contains gluten from farro), and those with soy allergy (contains isolated soy protein).

Is Farro Chip Halal certified?

Rest assured, Farro Chip is made with Muslim-friendly, plant-based ingredients and contains no pork, lard, alcohol, or non-Halal animal-derived ingredients. However, it is not officially Halal-certified yet.
