Terms & Conditions
1. Membership
- The Green Wellness Loyalty Program is open to customers with a registered Green Wellness member account.
- Membership is free and subject to these Terms & Conditions.
- Each customer may hold only one loyalty account.
2. Earning Points
- Members can earn points through eligible purchases and selected activities, including website check-ins.
- Points are awarded based on the applicable earning rules shown in the member account or at the time of the activity.
- Points may be adjusted or reversed for cancelled, refunded or returned orders.
3. Redeeming Points
- 100 Points = RM1.00.
- The minimum redemption is 100 Points.
- Members may use available points as a discount on eligible purchases or redeem selected products using points.
- Points redemption is subject to available points, product availability and applicable redemption conditions.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another member.
4. VIP Membership
- Members who reach RM1,000 in eligible spending will qualify for VIP status.
- VIP members are entitled to enhanced benefits and rewards as communicated by Green Wellness.
- Green Wellness reserves the right to review or adjust VIP status where purchases are cancelled, refunded or returned.

5. Rewards & Coupons
- Monthly, birthday and other rewards are subject to their respective terms, validity periods and availability.
- Rewards and coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
- Green Wellness reserves the right to change or withdraw any reward or benefit where necessary.
6. Points Validity
- Green Wellness Loyalty Points do not expire, unless otherwise communicated to members.
7. Account & Programme Management
- Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping their account secure.
- Points and rewards are linked to the member's registered account and cannot be transferred.
- Green Wellness reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account where fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised activity is detected.
8. Programme Changes
- Green Wellness reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program, including its earning rates, rewards, benefits and redemption conditions.
- Any significant changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where applicable.
